The system

A media company that produces itself.

Most creators trade hours for content. I built a production system instead: AI agents on dedicated Mac hardware that turn two daily live shows into articles, clips, and distribution — automatically.

The daily pipeline

01

Live shows air

Two daily live broadcasts — Birds 365 and The National Football Show — stream to YouTube every weekday.

02

Local transcription

Every broadcast is transcribed on-device with Whisper running on Apple Silicon GPUs. No cloud costs, no rate limits.

03

Video is cut and routed

Segments are cut from full shows and routed automatically — long-form to the main channel, clips to the discovery channel.

04

Articles publish themselves

Show transcripts become written articles, published to jakibsports.com through a headless CMS — daily, without an editor.

05

I review, then build

The pipeline runs itself in about 90 minutes a day. My job is quality control and building the next thing.

Two agents in production

Not a demo — a working crew. Each agent runs on its own Mac mini with its own memory, credentials, and responsibilities.
